Diane Skelton is the winner of the T-shirt design contest and $50.
Inspired by the pelicans of Pensacola, the winning design was chosen last week by Diane Skelton. The image will appear on the gold t-shirts for this year's Books by the Bay event on March 28th. This is the third year of the event, which will be hosted at Bayview Park.
