Set in Cleopatra’s Egypt, it is a coming-of-age story of a young scholar forced out of the dusty library and onto the world stage of a Roman civil war with the winner taking the rich lands of Egypt. In 2019, Roberts' book won the Gold award for best unpublished historical novel at the Florida Writers Association's Royal Palm Literary Awards. The book will be sold in paperback and eBook editions.

The booth will have a 6-foot table, several chairs, table-top marketing materials, and a 5 foot tall, standup banner displaying the book cover. The author will be dressed in a Roman toga and sandals.
